Mark Illian is an Electrical Engineering graduate of Texas A&M University. He is a father of two wonderful people, a global citizen, and founder of the nonprofit Nature Healing Nature whose mission is to eliminate water related illness on Earth by empowering remote, disadvantaged, villagers to embrace water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions using only materials and skills that they already have available. He is and has co-created lasting WASH solutions in Togo, Senegal, South Africa, Kenya, Haiti, Nicaragua, Cambodia and Peru.  
 
His engineering work embraces complex process control solutions with emphasis on combustion systems in power, petrochemical, and heavy industries. He is also a Program Manager, Project Team Lead, and Team Mentor of several Engineers Without Borders projects in the world.
 
Taylor Rainosek is on a mission to liberate people worldwide from the entanglements of poverty. As a servant leader, she empowers hard-working men and women through education and training. She has traveled to Peru, Mexico, Haiti, and across the US to witness the way infrastructure connects communities and brings them out of isolation. Taylor applies her knowledge, as a first-generation Professional Engineer, to bridge the gap between poverty and prosperity. Her professional career has focused on reinforced concrete and steel structure design in the civil engineering industry. Taylor is a fourth generation Aggie and sixth generation Texan. Besides making a difference in the lives of others, Taylor enjoys outdoor activities with her fiancé, Philip Washington, and duck dog, Banjo.
